Congrats for #GDP106

Hello, stamping friends. Today, I am sharing a wedding card  I made following the sketch challenge at Global Design Project .  We have 2 weddings this October, and although I do have some wedding cards stashed away, making a new one with new goodies is always fun - if you actually have the time to do it- right? :)  Here's what I made: I actually did not know what I was going to do, I just knew that I wanted to use washi tape as the rectangle area on the sketch challenge and then everything else just fell into place.  I have to admit that the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder is my favorite new folder from the annual catalog. :) I was one of the winners at Global Design Project for challenge #106! Yippee! Sunday Stamps #162

Hello, and welcome back to another challenge at Sunday Stamps !  We are sorry that the linky tool expired at the end of last week, and hopefully we have it fixed now and are ready for a new week of fun challenges for you to play along with. :) This week we are working with a sketch.  Here's what I made using the Oh So Eclectic bundle along with the Just Add Text stamp set. I just love this flower image embossed in gold!  I chose to pair it with Powder Pink and So Saffron ink.  It gives it a soft and elegant look. Perfect for a birthday or wedding. I also made another one and just switched out the cardstock from So Saffron to Powder Pink. Here's this weeks sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps!  A super simple sketch to challenge yourself! Creating cards following a sketch is the best way to advance your personal creativity.  I dare you to give it a try!! :) Card Supplies: Oh So Eclectic Bundle, Just Add Text  Whisper White...

Merry Patterns

Hello, crafty friends.  Today's card features the Merry Patterns photopolymer stamp set that you can earn for FREE during the months of September and October with a qualifying order or party total of $300! I just love that reindeer!  He's so cute in his "sweater" yet still looks elegant.  I stamped him in Soft Suede ink and then embossed the outline image of the deer with gold embossing powder.  I didn't get the exact placement of the lined image over him, but I still liked it enough to hand cut it out.  :) I used the Be Merry Designer Series Paper from the annual catalog and incorporated Tranquil Tide ink and Garden Green ink for the pine branches.  The little berries image is from the Carols of Christmas stamp set. The deadline to receive a FREE PDF and the supplies to make 4 unique Halloween treat/gift cards using the Spooky Cat Bundle is September 25, 2017.  Details are HERE . Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Stamping...
