Woven Heirlooms

Hello, stampers. I do have a few more cards to share with you using the Layered with Kindness stamp set, but I'm taking a break to share a sympathy card using the Woven Heirlooms Bundle found on page 14 from the annual catalog. While self quarantining over the weekend, I decided to pull out the Woven Threads Suite and make some creations. It was fun to focus on the 2019-2021 In Colors contained in the Woven Threads DSP.  I think Seaside Spray is my favorite In Color. I love the look of the die cut and embossed frames from the Heirloom Frames Dies and 3D Embossing Folders.   It definitely has a vintage feel to it and works perfectly with this suite. I sponged White Craft Ink onto the Oval Frame, and added Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray flowers using the Thoughtful Blooms and Small Bloom Punch which are FREE items from Sale-a-bration .  It's hard to believe Sale-a-bration ends TODAY!  Don't miss out on FREE!  See the Sale-a-bration items HERE. Layered with Kindness #7

Yes, its true- I am sharing another card creation using the Layered with Kindness stamp set!  Such a fun stamp set. This time, I actually stamped some of the floral images and created a fun background for my sentiment. I used a lot of accessories for this creation: the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder (which was my Host Code gift in February), the  Stitched Rectangle Dies (to create my frame) ,  the  Detailed Band Dies , and a favorite retired die set called Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies from the 2019 Occasions Mini Catalog.  As you can see, I stuck with Coastal Cabana cardstock and added some Granny Apple Green for the die cut leaves.   There's only a few days left to Sale-a-brate and earn FREE product from Stampin' UP!  Hurry, don't miss the Sale-a-bration. Place a $50 order (before shipping/tax) using my host code during the month of MARCH, you will receive  any current item  valued up to $9.00  fr...

They are really so much fun!    I demonstrated this card in a video that you can view  HERE . Place a $50 order (before shipping/tax) using my host code during the month of MARCH, you will receive  any current item  valued up to $9.00  from the 2019-2020 annual or 2020 Spring Mini catalog. March 2020 Paper Pumpkin

Hello, crafty friends. The March Paper Pumpkin completely exceeded my expectations with its adorable rain boot images, flowers and the matching stamp set.  This month's Paper Pumpkin Kit makes 12 adorable cards (4 each of three designs) and here I am sharing the three different cards in the kit.   No need to alter these cuties.  Super fun and easy to put together. Plus, this month there was an extra matching stamp set that is quite adorable and here's my first creation I made with the extra stamp set: I just love the front door/house image. It's just a partial image, which makes it easy to just stamp and add elements as I did here.  The bunny and flower basket definitely say Spring, but can also be used for Easter. All of the images, except the Easter Blessing sentiment is from the March Paper Pumpkin kit.  I stamped the house image using Granite Gray ink (ink given in the kit) and the flower and bunny were stamped in Memento Black and colored ...

We're Here for You....

I couldn't resist making this card for the new color challenge at Sunday Stamps! while we are in quarantine waiting for this horrible virus to dissipate and never come back again. We're Here for You....with each one of us helping our family, friends and neighbors get thru this - together. I used the Mountain Air Bundle to create my background scene, and sponged Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade ink to create my sky. The Meek rats from The Gangs All Meer Sale-a-bration stamp set was stamped in Memento Black and colored with Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends before they were hand cut out.  I also inked up the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder with White Craft ink before running it thru my Big Shot. Here's this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!: Challenge Guidelines Feel free to use any brand of product you have.  The colors from this challenge MUST be the primary colors on your project.
