Sending Love & Hugs

Happy Friday!  Today, I am sharing a birthday card I made for my cousin.  We grew up together (she is the oldest sibling in her family as I am in mine) but unfortunately we no longer live near each other (insert sad face). I found a neglected stamp set from the annual catalog to create my special card for her called Sunshine Sayings . It is difficult to see, but I also used the Delicate Details from the Sale-a-bration catalog around the edges of the Early Espresso cardstock.   This is a fabulous set because it contains a lot of great words.  Here's a larger photo showing the Delicate Details border (click on picture too). Colors are: Peekaboo Peach and Early Espresso.  To create a softer background, I first stamped Peekaboo Peach onto a piece of scratch paper before stamping onto the Very Vanilla piece.   I used a piece of DSP from the Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack for the flowers and a small piece at the bottom of th...
