 Happy Sunday! Today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and this week we are working with a color challenge perfect for your Holiday crafting!  Today's creation uses the popular Yuletide Village stamp set with the Falling Snow stamp set which are highlighted in gold. I started by embossing the Falling Snowflakes stamp set with gold embossing powder onto a piece of Smoky Slate cardstock.  Next, I embossed the house in gold onto Basic White cardstock and the 2 trees in gold using Mossy Meadow cardstock. I next colored the house using Smoky Slate, Basic Black and Wild Wheat Stampin' Blends and then hand cut all images out by hand.  I then added my sentiment from the Peaceful Season by embossing "merry" in gold and the die cut piece in Mossy Meadow cardstock.  I then created  a snow landscape piece and adhered all the pieces to create my festive scene.  Happy Friday, crafty friends! Today, I am sharing a Christmas card using the Peaceful Season Bundle ( 164021 ) from the Season of  Elegance Suite found on pages 22- 25 in the September - December 20024 Mini Catalog. The rich color of Cherry Cobbler dressed in gold is the perfect color combination for creating an elegant Christmas card. But don't stop at Cherry Cobbler. This card will also look great cased in Mossy Meadow and Pretty Peacock - which are also colors found in the Season of Elegance Suite . :) To create this card I started by cutting a 3 3/8" x 5 " piece of Season of Elegance 12" x 12" Specialty DSP ( 164144 )   into 3 separate pieces measuring: 1 1/4", 7/8" and 1 1/4" wide. This was then adhered to a 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" Cherry  Cobbler cardstock layer.  Today's creation uses products from the Season of Elegance Suite found on pages 22 - 25 of the Sept. - December 2024 Mini Catalog.  I fell in love with this suite on day one of seeing it and finally pulled it out now that the Holiday Season is upon us. The Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder is absolutely gorgeous and is my top favorite item in the suite.  The "elegance" part of the Season of Elegance Suite is the inclusion of the rich colors of Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow and Pretty Peacock which are accented with gold . To start my creation, I embossed a  3 3/4" x 5 1/4" piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock with the Painted Trees 3D Embossing Folder. Next I stamped each of the three different sized tree from the Peaceful Evergreens Bundle using Mossy Meadow and Old Olive ink and then die cut them out.
