AESTAMPS A LATTE

Today's card was created following the NEW sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps!  I also decided to try out a new product offered in this years annual catalog: Embossing Paste .  It was fun and easy to use.  I found that you really don't need to "grab" much out of the jar. A  small amount will go along way.    To create the colored paste, I added one drop of Daffodil Delight ink refill and mixed it in just a bit- leaving some still white.  The result is what you see. This week's challenge at Sunday Stamps! : In following the challenge,  I made a 5" x 5" square card.  To create my "white" daisies, I embossed 4 flowers in white embossing powder on white cardstock and then painted the petals using Pool Party and Night of Navy ink with my Aqua Painter before punching them out with the Daisy Punch .  The "for you" tag is from the Wood Words Bundle  which I absolutely love. Today, I am sharing a card I made "just for the fun of it " using the Crafting Forever stamp set along with various other goodies that were on my stamping table. Note: You would not want to see what my table looks like....yikes! This stamp set was one of the sets demonstrators could order before the release of the 2017-2018 annual catalog.  I love the images in this stamp set. Hello, crafty friends. I am always in need of sympathy cards, so today I am sharing two cards I made showing you a simple version and a stepped up version.  Sometimes we just don't have hours to create a card, right?? Here's the simple version: To make it simple, I started by stamping the large flower image from Rose Wonder stamp set onto a 3" X 4" card from the Color Theory Memories & More Card Pack and then layered it onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock.  Add a little more stamping of the flower and adding the splatter image from Timeless Textures stamp set to the card base completes the stamping. Add texture and dimension by adding a piece of washi tape, a black bee from the Detailed Dragonfly Dreams  and some Pearl Jewels- and its done!
