Storybook Friends

Happy Friday!  This week cruised by so fast as my husband and I spent a long weekend visiting our daughter and her husband, returning on Monday evening. As a result, the last few days I spent prepping materials for my upcoming In Person Heart Shaped card class but also took small breaks to play with other new products sitting on my desk waiting for me. :) As you know, I loving coloring and decided to stamp each of the different animals in the Storybook Friends Bundle and just randomly color them.  Here is my first creation using the adorable little bunny.  Is he not so cute?  I colored Mr. Bunny using Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends. So fun! And how about that frame?! This die cut frame is SO much fun! I decided to make a baby boy card and pulled out the color Balmy Blue from this particular piece of Timeless Plaid 6" x 6" DSP.   I absolutely love this DSP!  To soften up my card a little bit and to make it have a more cozy/baby feel, I ...

Memorable Blooms

Hello crafty friends. Today, I am sharing a creation using the beautiful Memorable Blooms Bundle. The Memorable Blooms not only contain beautiful flowers and leaves to color, but also beautiful center pieces for you to dress up your flowers with.  There is also a silhouette die cut flower which I can't wait to create with.     As shown, these flowers also pair perfectly with the Timeless Plaid DSP. To create my flowers, I colored them using Balmy Blue, Azure Afternoon, Soft Seashell and Old Olive Stampin' Blends and added a few die cut leaves using Old Olive cardstock. There are also some great sentiments in the Memorable Blooms Bundle as well.  My card design follows our new challenge at Sunday Stamps! below. To play along with this weeks new challenge simply follow the challenge guidelines below: Use any brand of product you have.  Link your new project created for this challenge (no back links).  When posting your creation make sure to provide...

Pretty Petals

Happy Thursday! Today I am sharing a super duper easy creation using the Pretty Petal Bundle  which can be found as on Online Exclusive product. How fun is this?  A very unique stamp set in that you can add the flowers individually as I have done here, or you can stamp them directly onto the cardstock.  Or you can add some die cut flowers to the stamped image, or stamp a bunch of flowers and then added them individually to create a color bouquet of flowers.   The options are really endless and as I said, super duper easy to create. For this card, I chose to ink up the flower stamp using Boho Blue ink and added some additional color to the centers of the flowers using a Night of Navy marker. before stamping onto Basic White cardstock. I paired my flowers with a piece of Countryside Inn DSP and an Basic White cardstock layer embossed with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. My sentiment is from the Heart Shaped Bundle which is a FREE Sale-a-bration item with a q...
