Naturally Gilded Specialty DSP

Hello, crafty friends. Today, I have a creation to share with you using the Naturally Gilded 12" x 12" Specialty DSP. This paper contains gold, silver and copper embossed floral designs on Basic White or Very Vanilla as the background. This specialty paper is perfect for adding color of your choice with different medias such as Blending Brushes, Sponge Daubers, Stampin' Blends or Stampin' Spritzers. For this creation, I started out with a Blending Brush and added Pumpkin Pie ink to the bottom of a white and copper embossed piece followed by Pale Papaya ink in the middle and leaving the top untouched. I then cut it down and matted it onto a piece of Basic White cardstock die cut with the Scallop Contour Dies . Next, I added some Pale Papaya cardstock die cut flowers from the Meadow Dies . These dies match the DSP perfectly. :) Lastly, I added a copper embossed sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set.  The font in this set is so beautiful!  Although the bundl...

Rhino Ready for Sunday Stamps!

Hello, crafty friends. Today, is Sunday which means its time for a new card challenge over at Sunday Stamps! Blog. This week we are working with a color challenge and here's what I made using the Rhino Ready Bundle which is a new bundle you can find as on online exclusive product HERE . There are three different Rhino's in this bundle and all of them are super cute. Even the little birds are cute. I stamped all images using Memento Black ink and then colored with Smoky Slate, Starry Sky, Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party and Granny  Apple Green Stampin' Blends before die cutting them out. I used a Blending Brush to add Balmy Blue ink on the lower half of my Basic White layer and then added all the die cut elements with Dimensionals. Here's this weeks new challenge: To join us this week and showcase your creativity, simply create a card following the Sunday Stamps! challenge guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this cha...

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hello, and happy St. Patrick's Day! Today I have a festive green card to share with you using the Cup of Tea Bundle.   It was one of the very first bundle I purchased from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.  You can't go wrong with the Cup of Tea Bundle! And I do think that even with green flowers its still pretty, right?! I first had to find a "St. Patrick's Day" piece of paper and found this bright and cheery piece of Parakeet Party pattern from the Flowers & More DSP Hostess stack of paper. Following the colors in this particular piece of DSP, I stamped the leaves nested in the cup using Shaded Spruce ink and then added some Balmy Blue and Parakeet Party stamped flowers. Although there are wonderful flower images in the Cup of Tea Bundle, I decided to add flowers from the Petal Park Bundle instead since it was still sitting out on my crafting table. Lastly, I added the adorable tea tag which was stamped in Parakeet Party ink along with a piece of White Bakers T...
