AESTAMPS A LATTE

I have been a busy mom the last few weeks, but wanted to share a picture of the card I made for Rebecca and a picture of her at her Confirmation. I am a proud mom! : ) Colors:  Bashful Blue, and Lavender Lace (retired).  I used the Blossom Petals punch and matching stamp set. Be thankful for each and everyday you have with your children. They will be all grown up before you know it!   Annette  

Again, I made this card using more "pieces" sitting around on my stamping table.  I had the tea cups cut and painted and ready to go for a card...but then changed my mind about using it for the card I was working on. I had a leftover Choc. Chip embossed strip, and I had a piece of Baja Breeze pulled ribbon sitting nearby.  I really wanted a few more card samples for my board for club night...so I whipped this up quickly with the help of my Framed Tulips embossing folder. Do you have a lot of punched out pieces, or stamped images sitting on your stamp table?  Well, I do.  I can't seem to throw anything away when I am creating.  So, today's card was made by using some "pieces" I had sitting on my table. The pieces were: the Fun Flower, the Chocolate chip embossed folder piece and the Chocolate Chip Sweet Button embosslit. Hope you like it.  I think the Fun Flowers Die is to "die" for. Another Sew Suite card club gals made. Colors: Tangerine Tango, Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight.  Can I just say (again) how much I LOVE stamping the measuring tape onto ribbon??? Another club card we made.  Colors: Soft Suede, Marina Mist, Wild Wasabi and Cherry Cobbler. Accessories:  Sweet Button embosslit, Jewelry tag punch, Perfect Polka Dot emb. folder and aqua painter. Hello, stampers.  I saw some cards made using the Mojo Monday sketch yesterday and decided to play along today.  Here's what I came up with: Colors: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze and Old Olive. You can't go wrong owning the Fun Flowers Big L Die.   One of my most favorite dies offered by Stampin' UP thus far.  You can find it on page 39 of the Occasions Mini catalog.  The paper is the new Paisley Petals which is offered as a sneak peek purchase until April 30th.  Enjoy and happy stamping!  Annette

No posting from me last week because my family and I were on spring break. We stayed close to home...the boys went to our cabin in Canada and my daughter and I went shopping, movies and out for lunch.  Not a bad trade-off.  Then we went to Wisconsin Dells and met friends at a water park.  Fun, but very crowded. Here is one of the projects we made at our last Hostess Club.  Everyone had a different color themed flower based upon the button they had in their pack.  We used the Regals Designer buttons.  Colors we made were: Cajun Craze (below), Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard, and Elegant Eggplant.
