Meandering Meadows sneak peek!

It's time for the launch of new Online Exclusives! One of my favorite new products from the Meandering Meadows Suite is the Meandering Meadows DSP.  This stack of paper is simply stunning!

Meandering Meadows DSP

Of course I am loving the Garden Meadows stamp set and coordinating dies as well, but the star of the show is the DSP.  I have been working with these products and they don't disappoint.  Here is a very simplistic card I made highlighting the DSP itself.

How dreamy is this scene?!  And what is so awesome is that you can pull out any of the colors and highlight them in your cardstock layers.

For this simplistic scene, I chose Orchid Oasis and Lemon Lolly cardstock layers.

Think of all the sympathy, thinking of you, thank you, birthday and get well cards you can make quickly with the Meandering Meadows Suite.  I am in love with all of it.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in!  And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom .  For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink. The 3rd flower was stamped using Fresh Freesia ink. I first stamped off onto scratch paper and then used full strength for the detailed/outline stamp. Next, I d...

Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear. Next, I colored the leaves and stem using Old Olive, Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends...
