Happy Halloween

 Happy Halloween to my crafty friends! Today, I am sharing a Halloween tri-fold card I made using the Pick of the Patch Bundle.

Although I was completely finished with all of my Halloween creations last week, I couldn't resist making one more creation to display in my home.  It was so fun to create something just for the heck of it.  

There is not a lot of stamping going on here...just the pumpkins face, the crow and the sentiment.  The remainder of the card focus on working with the Pick of the Patch Builder Punch.
I made it into an easel card using a 5" x 11" piece of Basic Black cardstock scored at 3 3/4" and 7 1/2" on the 11" side.

For this creation, I used Stampin' UP! markers to add line details to my punched pumpkins followed by sponging the applicable inks onto the edges.
I also added some die cut elements from the Tree Ring Hybrid to make it more festive and to match my black cabinet in my kitchen. :)  So fun to make my own Halloween decor. ;)

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
