Happy Friday!

 Surprise! Yes, I'm still alive.  lol I have and am still playing catchup from being out of town last Thursday thru Sunday for a family wedding in Chicago. It was a lovely time and I also got to meet up with two of my aunts and uncles! Family and friends = good times, right?!

Today, I am sharing a creation featuring two new products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog: the Cup of Team Bundle and the Perfectly Penciled 12" x 12" DSP.

I am having so much fun creating with the Cup of Tea Suite! Since its still on my mind (and on my stamping table) I decided to try it out with the Blessings of Home Bundle, and I am very pleased with the results.

I colored the Blessings of Home flower with Pool Party, Sweet Sorbet, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends which is my favorite coloring media to use.

And as you can see, the Scalloped Contour Dies makes great card layers can also be used to make great borders too.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in!  And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom .  For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink. Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
