Pampered Pets

Hello, crafty friends.  Somehow the Pampered Pets Bundle made its way into my shopping card, and although the framelits are on backorder, I did receive the Playful Pets DSP and couldn't resist making a card with the cute critters on it. :)
My sister has always had Pomeranian dogs as her beloved companion so this will be a perfect card to send to her. I paired it with the June Paper Pumpkin Box of Sunshine stamp set.  I have to admit that I finally opened my Paper Pumpkin box today and I thought this sentiment would work perfectly for my card.

I paired my hand cut puppy with a piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock embossed with with Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder and added the Flirty Flamingo hearts from the Stitched Be Mine Dies.
You can't get any easy then this layout.  I may have to make a few more using some of the other fellas in the Playful Pets DSP.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
