Four Seasons Floral

Hello, crafty friends! It's Friday, and I am on a mini getaway with my husband celebrating our 30th Anniversary, but I am popping in to share a card I made using the Four Seasons Floral stamp set found on page 5 of the Beginner Brochure. 
You will not find it in the annual catalog; only in the Beginner Brochure and at my online store HERE.


This set is a wonderful addition to the Flowers for Every Season Suite, but can also be a great stand alone set.  I wanted to try out some of my new In Color Stampin' Blends and quickly gravitated to this set. As I said before, I love the new In Color: Cinnamon Cider. Its so pretty!
My flowers were colored with: Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, So Saffron and Daffodil Delight.  I added butterflies and some greenery from the Beauty Abounds stamp set and matching Butterfly Beauty Dies.  This bundle is another favorite of mine, and I am glad it carried over.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
