Scenic Adventure for Sunday Stamps!

Happy Sunday! Can I just say how fast time flies in the summer? :0  I have been running in all directions and haven't had much time to visit my beloved craft room as I normally would. That being said, I did find time to create with the new Scenic Adventure Bundle for our new color challenge at Sunday Stamps! and it does not disappoint. I love the outdoors and the Scenic Adventure is absolutely gorgeous!  This card reminds me of the trip my daughter and I took in Washington hiking Rainier Mountain.  It was breath taking and this card exemplifies that experience. To create my card, I started by blending Pumpkin Pie ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock. Next, I die cut the mountain range using Secret Sea cardstock and sponged in a little White craft ink for my snow.  I then added snow caps using Basic White cardstock. Make a Wow card with the Impressions Abloom

Happy Sunday! I am excited to share today's creation with you using the I mpressions Abloom Bundle!   This set is so fun and easy to create beautiful flowers and the coordinating dies create awesome texture on each flower and leaf that they look almost real!  I also love that the Impressions Abloom Bundle is a two step stamp set which means that you can stamp and die cut each of the flower images separately, or stamp them together and die cut. As a result, numerous stamping and/or die cutting options are available to create different looking flowers with each of the images.   For this creation, I focused on 2 of the 3 flowers in the stamp set and stamped only the outline image of the flower onto the coordinating cardstock. i.e.: Daffodil Delight ink onto Daffodil Delight cardstock and Fresh Freesia ink onto Fresh Freesia cardstock. I arranged my flowers and sentiment following this weeks new sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps! created by Melissa.   To play...

Petunia Pop Gallery Blooms

Hello to my crafty friends! It's been quite here on my blog but I have lots of good reasons for that!  Our youngest graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Aerospace Engineering on May 15, 2025 and I have been nonstop enjoying time with all 3 of our children (plus new son-in-law)  and also vacationing at our cabin in Canada.  My family!  Thank you to our new son-in-law for taking the photo!  And notice that my daughter is pregnant!  We are so excited! And yes that's me with our new engineer in the family.  And yes, I caught that! lol  We had the best weather: no bugs (yah!), calm winds and beautiful sunsets.   I even had "me time" while the boys fished non-stop!  lol But I know your not here to see all my personal activities so now lets talk about stamping!!  Oh, how I love the Gallery Bloom Bundle ! You know how much I love to color with Stampin' Blends and the color purple, SO I couldn't resist makin...
