AESTAMPS A LATTE: Perched in a Tree for Sunday Stamps! #323

Happy Sunday to my crafty friends! I hope you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving celebration. I was quite busy cooking up a storm and feel blessed to have had all my children here not only for the Thanksgiving, but for the entire weekend. My heart is full. :)

Today starts a new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and this week we are working with a color challenge. Here's what I created using the Perched in a Tree stamp set with the coordinating Aspen Tree Dies.

This is one of my top favorite carry over stamp sets that is timeless. The bird is so cute and the coordinating tree dies can be paired with many different stamp sets and in many different ways.

In following this weeks colors, I die cut a set of Basic White trees and adhered it directly to my Pebbled Path card base. I then added a piece of Joy of Christmas DSP that was die cut with the Country Corners Dies over the top.

The bird and branch were colored with Smoky Slate, Wild Wheat, Pecan Pie, and Deep Natural Tones Stampin' Blends and adhered to the my card using Dimensionals.

I added Mossy Meadow die cut leaves from the Autumn Leaves Dies, and berries from a retired set just for fun and to change it up a bit to look more like Christmas.

I have been having a lot of fun and creating a lot of different cards using the Country Corners Bundle.

And to finish off my card, I added some silver Neutrals Sequins.
