Hello, and Happy Valentines Day! Today, I have a Two-Tone Floral creation to share with you. I have made several creations using this beautiful set and will share them with you here over the next week. For now, here's my first share in which I have paired the flowers with other fun products you will find in the January - April 20223 Mini Catalog.
First, lets talk about the flowers themselves. This is a Two-Step photopolymer stamp set. Which makes it perfect to see when adding the second layer of color. I love that this stamp set has seven different sized flowers to choose from. This gives you endless layout options.For this card, I am actually using "left over" pieces from another card I created for my local stamping club ladies (and dear friends). The flower ink colors are: Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Night of Navy. The leaves are stamped using Evening Evergreen ink - which is an In Color and is due to retire soon. :(
I paired my flowers with a piece of Balmy Blue Country Gingham 6" x 6" DSP and a piece of Basic White cardstock embossed with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder. I love the textured look of this folder. As you can see, it works great with any themed creation, not just for "guy" cards as shown in the Ready to Ride Suite. :)- supplies to create 9 cards (3 each of 3 designs with coordinating envelopes);
- an all-occasion stamp set;
- a polished pink Classic Stampin' Spot; and
- 1 additional FREE stamp set containing a plant and pot.
