Sunday Stamps! #299

 Eek! It's Christmas Day! Merriest Christmas wishes to all of you and I hope that if you are missing a loved one at this time of year that your heart is comforted with wonderful memories of them. May you find peace and joy with family and friends and know that you are loved.

Today, starts a new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and since I am completely finished with all Christmas themed creations, I had to move on to new products from the upcoming 2023 Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration Brochure. :)

With lots of new products on hand, I combined several to create a fun Valentine card using the Adorable Owls which is from the 2023 Sale-a-bration Brochure.  

He is sitting on a "tree branch" using the Beautiful Tree Dies in which I added some Daffodil Delight flowers from the Dainty Delight Dies (new 2023 Mini Catalog item). 
This adorable owl is holding a Calypso Coral heart made using  the new Country Bouquet Punch with the smaller hearts being die cuts from the Cheerful Basket Bundle (annual catalog).

To create my blended background layer, I added Calypso Coral ink onto a 3 1/4" x 3 7/8" piece of Basic White cardstock using a Blending Brush. My color choices follow Sunday Stamps! Challenge #299 below.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
