Sunday Stamps! #268

Hello, crafty friends. Today, I have a creation using the Christmas Season Bundle to share with you for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!

You won't believe this, but I made this card in a matter of minutes.  How? By making a template for all of the images in the Christmas Season Bundle set with my Stamparatus.  Now all I have to do is place my template into the Stampartus and then add the stamps into the correct die cut area and then close my Stamparatus plate to pick the stamps up to be ready to be inked up.

Don't you just love that pinecone?  This is a two-step image.  I first stamped the solid pinecone image using  Crumb Cake ink and then stamped the thinner/outline image on top of it using Early Espresso ink. The remainder of the images were stamped using Evening Evergreen, Soft Suede and Cherry Cobbler ink.

I love how my stamped images just pop off the page with my Basic white panel which was embossed with the awesome Timber 3D Embossing Folder.

My card design follows the new sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps! by Heidi:

This weeks challenge will end on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 6:00 pm EST.

I love the Christmas Season Bundle because each stamped element can be die cut out and it also contains large die cut shapes that can be used with the
coordinating Christmas to Remember Bundle or any word stamp set you like since there are several different sizes.

For this card, I used the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Peaceful Deer stamp set.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in!  And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom .  For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink. The 3rd flower was stamped using Fresh Freesia ink. I first stamped off onto scratch paper and then used full strength for the detailed/outline stamp. Next, I d...

Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear. Next, I colored the leaves and stem using Old Olive, Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends...
