Summer Shadows Dies

 Hello, crafty friends. Today, I have a quick and easy creation to share with you using the Summer Shadows Dies that is a FREE Sale-a-bration item you can earn only through September 30, 2021.

The Summer Shadows Dies coordinates with the Shaded Summer stamp set found on page 75 of the annual catalog but can also be used by itself.

I love the Macrame 3D Embossing Folder. It pairs very well with flowers and if you know my style - I love me some flowers! lol
A super simple layout that can be CASED using different colors that still packs a punch.

Gingerbread Suite Card Class

Join me on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 9:30 am for an in person card class at my home focusing on the products in the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite. 

  • Class fee: $43. You will receive the following items in your class kit: 
    • the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Card Pack (a $11 value);
    • The Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Cards & Envelopes (a $10 value);
    • a pack of Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (a $7 value);
    • and any additional supplies/accessories needed to create 10 projects.
Projects we will be making at class:
  • 5 Christmas cards using the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Card Pack and Cards & Envelopes;
  • A recipe card for gingerbread cookies (while snacking on the gingerbread cookies)
  • A gift box using the Pretty Pillows Box Dies (filled with peppermint candies)
  • 3 additional Christmas cards focusing on the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle and matching Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP  ~  for a grand total of 10 projects.
Deadline to submit payment to me is Friday, October 1, 2021.  Space is limited.  Please contact me to reserve your spot. You will need to bring your own assembly supplies.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in!  And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom .  For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink. Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
