Thinking of You

Hello, crafty friends. Today, I have a thinking of you card I made using one of the flower images from the Jar of Flowers stamp set. 

I colored my flowers using Magenta Madness, Balmy Blue, Just Jade, Granny Apple Green and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends.  Isn't Magenta Madness so pretty?

My hand cut flowers were paired with a die cut Gold Foil Sheet using the retired Stained Glass Dies.  To make my magenta flowers really pop, I chose to add a softer color, and in this case I chose Balmy Blue as my contrasting soft color.

My white panel was embossed using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder. This is such a pretty embossing folder.

It's fun to use leftover pieces and I'm glad I finally found a home for my gold Stained Glass Die frame. lol

Note: I added Dimensionals behind my hand cut flower image which was adhered it to a piece of Whisper White cardstock that was cut down to the same size as my gold frame.  Finally, I added a little bit of glue along the sides of the gold fame to adhere it to the flowers on the sides.
