Stampin' UP! Floral Essence sneak peek

Saturday, I had my Open House for the new catalog! Woot-woot!  I had so much fun setting up my display boards, making treats, and showcasing all of the new products I was able to pre-order. By the end of the day, I was exhausted - but in a good way.  Socializing and sharing in our love of stamping made it priceless.  Thank you to all who attended! You are all awesome!
Here's the project everyone got to make:

It uses the Floral Essence Bundle,  the Perennial Essence DSP, and highlights 3 of the new In Colors: Pretty Peacock, Terracotta Tile, and Rococo Rose.  To finish off the project, we used Pretty Peacock 1/2" Linen Thread, and the Perennial Essence Floral Centers for the flowers. I fell in love with this adorable fuzzy little flower centers at Onstage, and knew it would be a fun accessory to add our stamping arsenal.

This beautiful card was super easy to create.  I love that the leaf image in the Floral Essence stamp set coordinates with our existing Leaf punch.  How cool is that? And the Perennial Essence DSP is literally to die for!  As you can see on my project, it looks like oil painted flowers on canvas!
