Perennial Birthday for SSC175

It's Sunday, and that means its time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  This week we are working with a color challenge and here is what I made using the Perennial Birthday stamp set.

Spring flowers for this weekend of more snow?  Didn't Mother Nature know Spring has sprung?  Hopefully we won't get too much. I am very ready for green grass, flowers, and warm weather. :)

I used another stamp set to create this weeks challenge card. Do you know what it is? I will give you a hint.  It's a Sale-a-bration stamp set.

Did you guess Eclectic Expressions? I used the cloudy/watermark image for the colorful background, and the speckles image to add dots around my cluster of flowers .

Here's this weeks color challenge at Sunday Stamps!:

The colors I used for this weeks challenge are: Wisteria Wonder, Marina Mist, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz.

After creating the background with the Eclectic Expressions stamp set, I stamped the flowers in Basic Black ink and then colored them with Stampin' UP! markers.  A few additional flowers where hand cut out and added to the card front with Dimensionals.  To finish it off, I added some Lemon Lime Twist 3/8" Mini Striped Ribbon and some Glitter Enamel Dots.

To play along with this weeks color challenge at Sunday Stamps!, submit your entry by Friday, April 6, 2018.
