Sneak Peak: Daisy Delight Bundle

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I want to share a sneak peek of the Daisy Delight stamp set and matching Daisy punch which will be a new must have bundle in the upcoming annual catalog.

When I made my new Host Code for May, the picture I used inspired me to create this card. :)  Although purple is one of my top favorite colors, I wanted to use my Pop of Pink Specialty DSP before it officially retires. This delicious paper is also on sale.  See it HERE.

Another sneak peak I used is of one of the new In Colors called Lemon Lime Twist for the daisy petals.  A bright and fun green.  And look at the stitches in this new ribbon?  This is the new 1/4" Double-Stitched Daffodil Delight Ribbon.

I also used some Melon Mambo Enamel Shapes and some White Perfect Accents.  Adding just a few embellishments like these really make your card pop.  The 2016-2018 In Colors Enamel Shapes are retiring and are on sale too!  Stock up before they are gone!  Plus, make an order of at least $40 (before shipping/tax) using my May Host Code and I will send you a package of White Perfect Accents as my thank you gift.  Details are HERE
.
I am working on a IN PERSON AND IN THE MAIL CLASS surrounding the Eastern Palace Suite which contains some awesome products including FREE Very Vanilla Thick card stock and Very Vanilla envelopes!  I will also have a special offer to go along with this bundle!

The Eastern Premiere Bundle contains everything you will need to create many, many cool things.  See what's in the bundle HERE.  There is another bundle being offered called the Eastern Palace Starter Bundle. However, please note that this bundle offering does not contain the framelits. See it HERE.  I will be posting the class next week.  Stay tuned for more information!

Happy stamping!

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps!  The Impressions  a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set.  Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in!  And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom .  For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink. The 3rd flower was stamped using Fresh Freesia ink. I first stamped off onto scratch paper and then used full strength for the detailed/outline stamp. Next, I d...

Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear. Next, I colored the leaves and stem using Old Olive, Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends...
