Sneak Peak: Sale-a-bration

Hello, stamping friends!
Today I am sharing a Sale-a-bration stamp set called Best Day Ever that you can earn for FREE with a $50 order starting January 6, 2015! There are 9 stamps in this trendy stamp set which will work great for both card making and scrapbooking.
For this card, I just stamped those cute little triangles and hearts randomly around creating my own background paper. I stamped the sentiment in versamark onto Pool Party cardstock and embossed it in white.  I punched it out with my 1 3/4" circle punch, added a Strawberry Slush Starburst Framelit behind it, and then topped it off with a 2 1/4" scallop circle to create a flower.

Cardstock: Pool Party, So Saffron, Strawberry Slush and Pink Pirouette.
Ink: Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Straw berry Slush, and Pink Pirouette.

Impressions a Bloom for Sunday Stamps!

 Happy Sunday!  Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :)  I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! Perfectly Pears for Sunday Stamps!

 It's Sunday and today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! Yahoo!  I love card challenges because it makes you think outside the box and at the same time gives you something to create with whether it be a color challenge or a sketch challenge.   For this weeks creation, I focused on the new Online Exclusive Bundle called Perfectly Pears .  This bundle is part of a suite and the products in the suite are gorgeous.  For this particular creation, I focused on the adorable set of pears and a few of the coordinating dies. I stamped the outline set of pears image using Pecan Pie ink and then stamped the solid part of the pear image using Darling Duckling ink which also had some Timid Tiger ink sponged onto it as well. I then took my Darling Duckling and my Timid Tiger Stampin' Blends and outlined some of the edges of the pears to add more depth to each Pear.
