SSC86: Merry Christmas!

Hello, stampers!
Today, I made a Christmas card following the sketch layout over at Sunday Stamps! challenge blog.  Here's the sketch challenge:

And here's my card. Colors are: Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Whisper White with a splash of Gold.

Oh, how I love to stamp holiday themed cards! So much fun!  I have only made a few so far, and I feel like I am already behind! UG!  I used LOTS of new goodies from the Stampin' UP! Holiday catalog to create this fun card. :)
I stamped the "Merry Christmas" in Versamark onto Vellum cardstock and embossed it with Gold embossing powder. I then stamped the smallest snowflake from the Endless Wishes stamp set with my White craft pad (so I could see where I was stamping) and then embossed them with White embossing powder.  I stamped all 3 sized snowflakes in Early Espresso and Crumb Cake on a white piece of card stock which is glued to the Vellum piece of card stock.  The white and gold snowflakes where made using the Snowflake card Thinlits Die .  The DSP in the background is from the Trim the Tree  Designer Series paper stack, and the hanging banner is made from the Naturals Chevron ribbon

Here is a close up for you to see.

I think I will head back to my stamping table and make another one of these using the other left over triangle pieces of DSP. :)  Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great stamping day!

  3. I just love all the snowflake details you added to the two overlaid panels Annette. Combined with the pops of gold it adds so much richness to this delightful Christmas card. Thanks for your lovely comment on my card too!
