Dynamic Duos #91: Triple Threat week!

Dynamic Duos has a Triple Threat for us this week! :) Dynamic Duos dares you to create a project using the colors: Wild Wasabi, Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo.  Here's the challenge:
And here's my card creation:
You may be able to tell (or not) that I used an image from the Peaceful Petals stamp set for this challenge AGAIN! My point here is that I have now used every image from the Peaceful Petals stamp set to create something. So, I think it is safe to say that I have already gotten my moneys worth from this cute stamp set! Yippee! No guilt over here for adding another stamp set to my collection!  :)
I stamped the leaf image 4 times.  Starting first in the center and then masking it with a post it note and then adding the other three leaf images.  I then water colored it with Wild Wasabi ink.  And how about that HOT pink picture frame? I am so loving the On Film Framelits.  So much fun!  It makes an embossed texture onto the picture frame framilt.  It  is very cool.
And to make the flowers really pop with these bold colors, I stamped them in Black ink onto Melon Mambo and Tangerine Tango card stock and punched them out.

So now you've seen my creation, why don't you head on over to the Dynamic Duos blog and check out the challenge for your self.  And be sure to stop by and see the other design team members below:
Happy Stamping!

  1. Beautiful, Annette. I lot of work went into this lovely creation- masking of the leaves incredible. Love those Petite Petals in black on the colored card stock-really pops!

  2. Love the combination of the two sets with your masking and bold flowers- great job!

  3. What a beautiful bright card Annette! I love that you used the punched flowers with the stamped leaves. Vicky x
