Dynamic Duos #88: Bold and Cheery

Good morning!  It's time for another fun challenge at Dynamic Duos! This weeks challenge is to create a project using Real Red and Island Indigo....for a Bold and Cheery creation. :)
 Here's the challenge:

And here's what I made this week.  I think I was planning for it to be a birthday card, with it being all bright and cherry, but I finished the inside off as a sympathy card.  I never have enough of those...unfortunately.
I am in love with the Fresh Prints DS paper pack in the Occasions catalog!  There are so many cool sheets in it. Luckily for this weeks challenge I was able to use it! Yippee! 
 
I also used the new Peaceful Petals stamp set along with the On Film Framelits die.  I water colored the flowers using my Aqua painter and reinkers.  And in case you haven't noticed, I love our Tea Lace Paper Doilies.

  3. Love the use of the Fresh Prints stack (I love that paper as well)! The flowers with the film strip framelit look amazing as well as the rest of your gorgeous details- I am sure this will be cherished by the recipient :-)
