Here is a card I made for my husband for Fathers Day. I used the new Natural Composition designer paper, Finishing Touches Edgelits Die and Midnight Muse card stock. Other ingredients are retired DS paper, ribbon and word stamp. My dad's card had a similar layout, same colors but I used a retired horse set. We have been busy with graduation parties on the weekends, Twins games and of course community ed sports for the kids during the day. Not much time to stamp, but that is always the case in the summer. We had a blast at my June Make and Take and I will be scheduling my July Make and Take soon. Thanks for stopping by! Happy Sunday! Right now I am knee deep in making decorations for my daughter's upcoming baby shower next weekend and the theme is Winnie the Pooh! lol :) I am going to be a grandma for the first time and all I can say is that I am really is exciting! I forced myself to clear off my stamping table (well actually just push stuff away) and created a floral card for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps! The Impressions a Bloom Bundle is one of my newest favorite sets and I really have not had time to create with all of the very many different ways you can with this set. Here's my 2nd go. Soft pastel colors? Count me in! And these petals exemplify the softness you can achieve with the Impressions a Bloom . For these flowers, I stamped 2 in Peach Pie ink followed by Timid Tiger ink.
