Pennant Parade

Here is another card I made with the Pennant Parade stamp set. My sister-in-law and a good friend of ours both had baby boys. Now they both have two boys in their family.  This card really ended up being a replacement for the ones I sent out.  I had a bunch of triangles sitting on my stamping table with the polka dotted piece, so I decided to make another baby card for future use.  I love how it turned out.  Plus, I got to use one of  Stampin' UP!s new Designer Printed  Brads!

Accessories: Petite Pennants Builder, Scallop Border and Dotted Scallop Ribbon punches, Perfect Polka Dots folder, Beautiful Wings die, Baja Breeze Seam Binding, Calypso Coral Designer Brad, Rhinestones.
