Today is my friend, Jennifer's birthday. Here is the card I made for her using the new Build a Cupcake punch and Framed Tulips Embossing folder. I also used the Ice Cream Parlor paper (FREE SAB) for the icing. A fun card to make! Happy Birthday!!!!
