AESTAMPS A LATTE: Sneak Peek: Daffodil Daydream

Hello, crafty friends. Today I am sharing a creation made with a new bundle from the upcoming January - June 2022 Mini Catalog called Daffodil Daydream.

Isn't this just so fun?! I love how realistic the daffodils look and couldn't wait to create a sun shinning card for one of my dear friends birthday.

I die cut the flowers using So Saffron and Old Olive cardstock. After I assembled the flowers, I went back over the detailed die areas of the daffodils with a Clear Wink of Stella brush to make a sparkling contrast.

I matted the flowers on a piece of Pattern Party 12" x 12" DSP and then onto a So Saffron cardstock layer. To enhance my sparkling flowers, I added a piece of Black 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon at the DSP/cardstock line. I wanted the ribbon to really pop, so I added a 1/2" piece of Basic Black cardstock behind it.

I used a sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set that was die cut out using the Tasteful Labels Dies.

A few Matte Black Dots finish it off.
