Summer Flowers in Bloom

Hello, crafty friends! I hope you had a nice 4th of July celebration.  We spent time at our cabin (as most Minnesotan's do) and our daughter was able to join us so it was extra special to spend time with her before she starts her first career job. After returning home, I noticed all of my lily plants had bloomed.  They were my color inspiration for today's card using the Good Morning Magnolia Bundle.
I decided to watercolor my flowers for a change and love how they turned out.  Using my Aqua Painter, I was able to color these flowers in a matter of minutes using Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple Punch and Granny Apple Green ink.

As you can see, I also used the Stitched Lace Die once again. It makes such a fabulous background.
I used Thick Whisper White cardstock to stamp and watercolor my images and added a piece of Grapefruit Grove Gingham Gala 6" x 6" DSP to complement my flower colors. These colors definitely say summer is here.  :)
