Sunday Stamps! #182

Hello, crafty friends. It's Sunday and the start of a new month with new specials from Stampin' UP! But first here is a card I made for the new challenge at Sunday Stamps!

I love, love, love the new Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper!  It's so beautiful and easy to use.  I cut one of the 8 sheets in the pack into 3 1/2" x 5" pieces and created this card using one of them.  You can make 6 card fronts like this with one of the sheets and the design options are endless!

And add some flowers, especially the ones I can color with my Stampin' Blends- and I'm in heaven. :)  Here's this weeks sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps!

 

Remember that you don't actually have to use flowers as shown in the picture.  You can substitute whatever you would like.  The sketch is there for you to use as a guide. :)

I used my Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Calypso Coral Stampin Blends to color the flower. I purposely colored each of them a little differently just for fun.  The laser cut DSP was matted onto a piece of Pool Party cardstock followed by a  Bermuda Bay layer which has some stitching on it from the Stitched Labels Framelits.  Th sentiment is from the Lily Pad Lake stamp set- which I haven't had time to try out yet.
