FMS #155: Coral and Turquoise Birthday Wishes

Hello! I am behind on some birthday cards and was finally able to stamp a little bit this morning. Yippee! Can't wait till I can stamp regularly, but until then, I will be happy to get what time I can. The card design layout it based on the Freshly Made Sketches challenge blog.  Here is the challenge:

A pretty simple and fun layout using a tag as the focal point.  Well, I must confess that although I started out with a tag, I changed it several (million) times and ended up with a different focal point. : ) I wanted to use Coral Calypso and Tempting Turquoise- for no particular reason.....just came to me and so that's what I went with.
I love, love the Hostess set: Bloom with Hope.  I have been encouraging my customers to get this set when they are hostesses.  It's so pretty and so easy to color.  For these flowers, I used Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana and Old Olive Blendabilities. I also used a turquoise color copic marker: B05 to help shade in the petals. I hope the recipient likes the card I made her. Happy Stamping!

Warments Wishes

Hello, stamping friends!  It's been ages since I have had time to share anything on my blog! Today, however, I a had a few spare minutes and needed/wanted to stamp. AHHHH, I feel much better! I played with two challenges today. A sketch challenge from Viva La Verve and a color challenge from Colour Me.  Here are the challenges:

And here's what I made using the colors Coastal Cabana, Hello Honey and White.

I kept my card creation pretty simple without tons of layering.  I colored the flower in a "sketchy" manner using the darkest Daffodil Delight Blendability along with Coastal Cabana Blendabilities.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Stamping!   Annette
