Glitter Contempo Christmas

Your basic design layout for this card using Candy Cane Christmas DS paper with the Contempo Christmas stamp set.  I colored the ornament with my Baja Breeze marker and used my  Multipurpose Liquid glue pen (page 197 of the SU catty) and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds over it to make it "pop".  Easy, peasy card to make.
As you can see, I can't keep away from the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch.  It is sooo versatile!!!
Hope you have a creative day!  Annette

Glitter Snowflake Xmas Card

 Today would have been my mom's 63rd Birthday.   She died suddenly of a heart attack when she was only 55 years old.  I miss her very much.  She was a very kind and generous person, and no words can express the loss I feel inside.

Today, I decided to share a CHRISTMAS card.  This card was created using leftover pieces (again) that I didn't use while creating another card.  I have been having a lot of fun with the Candy Cane Christmas DS paper and the Contempo Christmas stamp set.  Of course, who could live without the Simple Snowflake stamp set with matching punch.

STAMPS: Simple Snowflake and Contempo Christmas;
INK: Whisper White Craft pad and versa mark pad
PAPER: Baja Breeze, Garden Green, Real Red and Candy Cane DS paper;
ACCESSORIES: Backgrounds1 texture plate, Polka Dot Emb. folder, White emb. powder, Heat and Stick powder, Corner rounder punch, Snowflake punch, Fine Cosmo glitter and white brad.

Have a great weekend everyone!    Annette

Halloween Owl...in flight!

Don't you think Mr. Owl turned out pretty cute?? I wanted to see if I could make wings, and sure enough...easy peasy.  I made this card about a month ago, but hopefully I will explain it correctly.

First, I cut a strip of Basic Black card stock with the Scallop Border punch.  I then put the cut out strip into the Curly Label punch (looking at the punch area from the back side of the punch) and kinda angled the scalloped piece before I punched a "wing" out.  Very easy.  Try it!!!!

Have a great week, and hope you get to stamp-a-latte!  Annette
