Goody-Goody Gum Drops

We are off to Florida tomorrow morning and I sneaked a card in today ...that I really would like to get out before we go. My brother won 1st place in a contest called "the taste of elegance" in Kansas City. He is moving onto nationals in May to compete further!!! He is a great chef and a wonderful brother. I am proud of him !

Although this card is kinda corny...for congratulating him, he will think its cute and corny. :]

See you all in a week! Thanks for stopping by!!! Annette

Fifth Avenue Floral- again!

Here's another version of the Baja Breeze Fifth Avenue Floral card I posted a few days ago. We made a card just like this last night except that we used Pale Plum instead of So Saffron. The rest of the card is the same. Thanks to Jenny for helping make the other projects for our club members who couldn't make it!!! I really appreciated your help!!! :) Have a great day, and thanks for stopping by! Annette

Another Fifth Avenue card

Here's another card I made with a leftover piece of certainly celery sitting on my messy table with a left over flower piece (the white one) I was experimenting with for a workshop. Can I just say again how much I love this set???? It is such an easy set to work with!!!! And who doesn't love the butterfly die??? Gotta have it! Have a great day, Annette

Sneak Peak

Here's another card I made using the AWESOME Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set. I am thinking this is my favorite from the new catalog thus far. We will be making a card very similar to this at my stamp club on Tuesday night. SSSSHHHH....don't spoil it for those who aren't blogging over here today.

Recipe:

Stamp Sets:
Fifth Avenue Floral and Holidays and Wishes stamp sets;

Ink: Basic black, Whisper White iand Baja Breeze ink pads, Old Olive, Going Gray and Baja Breeze reinkers;

Paper: Basic Black, Baja Breeze, and Whisper White card stock, Baja Breeze and Urban Oasis DS paper;

Accessories: large oval punch, 5/16 " inch circle punch, black grosgrain ribbon, silver brads, aqua painter.

I took Zachary (and Josh) to the Doctor yesterday and Zachary has bronchitis, and Josh probably just has what Zach had originally started with...but Josh is still complaining of a sore throat even though rapid strep test came back negative. Hopefully this will be it, and life can get back to "healthy" around here. Thanks for stopping by. Annette

My little guy has been sick since last Thursday night...today is the 6th day. My poor little guy. Fever, chills, coughing, tired. Not fun. I hope today is the last day of being sick. I'll share another Fifth Avenue card tomorrow. See you then. Annette
