Really, you do crack me up!

Here's a card I made using A Good Egg stamp set. I had a lot of fun playing with the egg shells and deciding where they should go! I don't have very many Easter sets and this one fit the bill. Enjoy! Annette

Saleabrate with Birthday Whimsy!

This morning while Josh was at his 6 am hockey practice, I decided to head downstairs to stamp! I love to stamp in the morning....and I rarely get to with my stamp room right next to Josh and Becca's room. My cousin's daughter Lauren turns 3 next month....so this is for her. Sets used: Birthday Whimsey and So Many Scallops. Remember these sets are FREE when you place a $50 order starting in February! I also used Berry Bliss and Close to Cocoa DS paper with certainly celery card stock. I added stickles glitter at the end. Have a great day! Annette

Stamp Club Projects

Here's what we made on Saturday at one of my Hostess Clubs. The Valentine's box is a "Peek-a-boo" treat box. I found a pattern somewhere on line. I modified it a bit, but it is basically the same lay out. When you open it, it has sweetheart candies in it. I will share directions with my other Hostess Club in February. Have a great day! I need to get busy with Saleabration sets! Annette

Even snakes have heart!

Okay, can you see why I love Zoofari? Yet another cute Valentine's Day card made with Zoofari, Forever In My Heart, All In A Row, and Kisses wheel. I first stamped the snake on a sticky note and cute it out. I next stamped the snake on my white card stock and covered it with the cut out snake. I next stamped the heart directly over the snake. This is called masking. Hey did you noticed I used one of the Sale-a-bration sets? Yep, the "Note of love" words and "with all my heart" are from the Lots of Thoughts stamp set. I like the font of this set. You can have this set for free with a $50 purchase starting in February. Oh....and by the way, did you know that the new flower punch called Boho Blossoms (pg. 181 of the catty) fits perfectly for punching out the flower in the Forever In My Heart stamp set? Very cool! Have a great day. Check back on Monday for more stamping examples! Have a great weekend. My kids have several sleepover plans as they have a 4 day weekend starting tomorrow! Annette

Thank you cards

Since none of our family lives in Minnesota...we are all scattered around the US, I like to send thank you cards out for xmas gifts with a family picture of us by the xmas tree. I whipped up 10 of these cute and easy babies using our new Level 2 hostess set "Cause for Celebration". I also used Trimtastic and our retried Winter Green DS paper. Soft sky and Always artichoke. Now to get these babies in the mail! Have a great day! Annette

Embrace Life No. 4

Here's another card I made over the New Year's weekend using Embrace Life set. The heart is a piece of chip board that I inked up with Ruby Red craft and stamped "love" in basic black. I will be able to use this card for an upcoming anniversary or for Valentines Day. Hope you are enjoying the "summer" temps of 46 degrees-atleast over in my neck of the woods! I'm taking a break from taking the tree down and vacumming under all the furniture downstairs. I think I may go stamp! Annette

Embrace Life set No. 3

Can't go wrong with a simple card like this. It looks very elegant, and having the card open in the middle makes it stylish. I stamped two flower images. One as my main image, the other to cut out 3 flowers that were added ontop of the main image to give it a "3D" effect. Enjoy! Annette

Here's the inside of the card. Have a great weekend! Annette

Embrace Life and Celebrate You!

Here's one of the cards I made over the weekend using new sets and paper from the Spring-Summer 2008 catalog. The stamp sets are: Embrace Life and Celebrate Everything. The DS paper is Ginger Blossom. It was fun to use new colors...ruby red and groovy guava with mellow moss...very nice together! This flower does not have a stem, but the stem from the rose works very well as you can see making the set more versatile. Don't forget to click on my card so that you can see it...well rather large...don't know how to make it a tad bit smaller...but then you can see the cool paper colors up close! :) Annette
